Cooking as art became a passion of mine at a very young age.
Becoming a private Chef in London is just the very end of my story, which started in Greece a long time ago. After dedicating myself to refining my culinary skills in 5-star hotels and their restaurants, I decided to leave the Hellenic Islands to move to the City.
Michelin-starred restaurants came straight after I moved, where I blended my existing Italian, Mexican French, and Modern English cuisine with the more exotic ones like Japanese and Korean.
